Chinese tea box

Antique Chinese tea box in turned and lacquered wood, in the shape of an eggplant

Originally, the box had a second small inner lid, now missing. It can now also be used as a toothpick holder or a small decorative container.

Dimensions: height 12 cm, diameter 5 cm
Origin: Longsheng, China.

Condition: There is a slight crack in the wood, but it does not affect its strength. Very good overall condition.
